Any price quoted is an estimate only. After completing the cleaning this price is subject to change based on the actual amount of time needed to complete the cleaning. ( Applies to first time standard, deep or move in/move out) Some situations that could cause the price to change are as follows, but not limited to: excessive pet hair, excessive dirt and debris, cluttered countertops, personal items left on the floor.

Pixie Dust Cleaners does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as, rust, mildew or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
**All areas are expected to be free of clutter.
No furniture will be moved.
We do not clean ceilings, walls or pet feces/litter
Excessive area rugs will incur an additional fee
We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care.
We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.
All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
Furniture on wood floors are assumed to have proper protection.
We only clean windows and blinds that can be reached with a 3 step ladder. **
For our convenience we ask that the temperature be set to 72 degrees or under while we are working.
If the air is not working or above 75 degrees when we arrive there will be an additional charge of $50

For safety, no other jobs should be done while we are cleaning. The presence of other workers or excess of people in the house might cause the estimate to be inaccurate. Having other work done in a house while our teams are working might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction.
**Hourly rates are per person**
Payments are due upon completion of job. Checks should be made payable to Pixie Dust Cleaners. A 15% late fee will be applied after 24 hours if payment is not received. A 5% Convenience Fee will be added for all Credit and Debit card payments. Returned Checks will incur a $50 NSF Fee. **

Cancellations: A 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If 24 hour notice is not given there will be a $50 cancellation fee. During holidays (which includes the week before as well as the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and masters week) the fee will be $100 due to high demand.
If you reschedule your appointment the cancellation fee will be applied to your balance.
